A bit about the family.

OK so who am I / we?

We live in Southern Ontario, myself, my wife and two sons. I also have 3 daughters living back in the UK.
Our families are both from Wales.

We moved from Wales to Scotland in the mid 1990's with work and had a great time living outside Edinburgh. They said it would be colder and wetter than Wales, how could it be I thought! Guess what they were right. However we still had a good 6 years and made many good friends.
In 2001 Motorola along with many "Tech" companies hit the wall and during the global downturn shut the plant in Scotland.
I was looking forward to starting my own company and making millions doing .... well I never really had a plan but was confident none the less. unfortunately or fortunately I was offered another job with a company no one had ever heard of RIM working in Waterloo Ontario (Canada).
Sure why not give it a shot, once again we packed up our house, lock stock and barrel, but this time rather than moving 400 miles we moved several thousand miles to another continent.
We moved to Ontario back in Aug 2001 and the rest they say is history.

We have once again settled in Ontario and have no plans to move. Just like Wales oh and just like Scotland.
