Well I have finally done it, after 5 years of pretty much no activity I have started playing squash again.
Its a game I have always enjoyed playing but starting back after a long break has some major down sides.
As you can imagine being able to run for only 30 or 40 seconds, no I am not joking, is almost impossible. Another tough part is realising that any skill you once had is not ready to start as early as you are it takes time. But the biggest problem is "Squash Butt". This condition renders unfit people into useless people for a few days until their Gluteus Maximus (Yes the Butt muscles, opposite) finally stop stinging like hell!!
All I can do is continue to tell myself that it will get better. I think today will be an easy day of activity.
